Phillip Lim for Gap: Limited Edition Tie-Neck Blouse
 Though not exactly groundbreaking, the Gap Design Editions collection is full of functional, basic tops, like this low tie-neck blouse by Phillip Lim ($78).
Stark, minimal and easily more feminine than the basic white blouse, this limited edition top is actually intriguing with its empire-style cut and relaxed fit.
Is it just another white blouse, or does the prospect of cheap Phillip Lim entice you?
