Scent from Above: Marc Jacobs Fig & Gardenia Splash
 Just because he’s been busy dressing up as a camel toe and stuffing Victoria Beckham into shopping bags lately doesn’t mean Marc Jacobs hasn’t been hard at work on the beauty front.
Au contraire.
In fact, everyone’s favorite tanned-and-toned designer has just launched two new limited-edition scents in ‘Splash’ form: Fig and Gardenia.
And while I’ll be the first to admit that the only thing you can do to really botch a fig is to stick it in the center of a none-too-appetizing faux cookie, I’m charmed by the warm and earthy essence of the Fig Splash, aided and abetted by Tuscan cypress and zuzu zest.
If you’re more of a flower child, go with the ultra-romantic Gardenia Splash, a deliciously feminine scent with an edge that keeps it from smelling too grandma-y.
Now if you could just shell out for some MJ fashions to go with...
